Refund policy

• Order Cancellations
  You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time BEFORE it is packed and shipped. Once your order is shipped and a tracking number is created, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Delivered Products
  Once your package is successfully delivered to your address, all sales are final. Because we sell beauty and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on delivered items for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Damaged Items
  If your product arrives broken or damaged, we will fix it. Please email us at hello@aurak.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. You must include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. We will send you a replacement or issue a store credit.
