We pack and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). We ship to customers within the United Kingdom. We offer the standard shipping (deliver in 3 to 5 business days) and express shipping (1 to 2 business days). Please note that delivery times are calculated from the day your package is handed to the mail carrier, not from the day the order is placed.
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before paying. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. IF tracking link shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, be sure to contact your local post office immediately.
